Ohe
15th hole is your best birdie chance on the back side. The elevated tee shot provides
several options on this short par-4. The safest play is to take a long iron to the
middle of the fairway. Those who possess a little more accuracy may try a fairway wood
and aim at the right side of the fairway and let the slope of the fairway carry the tee
shot further towards the green.
Those long off the tee may might be tempted to cut the corner in an attempt to drive the
green. But beware-it's all OB down the right-hand side, and there's a bunker immediately
in front of the green to protect it from such overzealous drivers.
Any tee shot of 180-220 yards will leave a short iron to a shallow green. Take one club
less than usual to account for the downhill slope and to ensure staying on the green, as
there's a lateral hazard immediately over the back. Feel free to go for the pin on this
hole if it's cut in the front or middle, since the green is steeply sloped from back to
front. Stick it close and sink the putt!
